REQUIREMENTS:

• Proactive, independent, can-do spirit, team spirit, open minded
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a car sales environment (preferred)
• Familiar with procedures of the Land Transport Authority (preferred)
• Experience in dealing with Brand Principal/Distributor (added advantage)
• Tech savvy – well verse with Outlook/Gmail, Microsoft applications, social media platforms
• Able to speak English and Mandarin

DUTIES

• Work as a team with the Sales team and Management
• Liaise with Distributor/Principal for vehicle delivery
• Prepare Sales Orders/Invoices
• Prepare sales report
• Provide admin support
• Assist management in administrative work and other matters when necessary
